法国反退休改革大罢工
2019年12月5日，法国多家工会发起的反政府退休改革罢工游行，他们都对马克龙总统提出的普遍积分制养老金制度计划表示不满。罢工当日，全法国高铁和区间快铁分别有90%和80%的车次被取消。巴黎地区14条线路有11条关闭。马克龙政府预计本周中公布改革方案细则，与工会协商谈判，并不厌其烦地向公众逐条解释，让大家相信这个方案对大家都有好处。
La réforme anti-retraite française en grève
Le 5 décembre 2019, de nombreux syndicats en France ont lancé une grève contre la réforme de la retraite contre le gouvernement, et ils ont tous exprimé leur mécontentement du plan du président Macron pour la régime universel, système à points. Le jour de la grève, 90% des trains à grande vitesse ont été annulés. Onze des 14 itinéraires de la région parisienne sont fermés. Le gouvernement Macron prévoit d’annoncer les détails du plan de réforme au milieu de cette semaine, de négocier avec les syndicats et d’expliquer inlassablement au public un par un.
Massive strike in France over pension reform
On December 5th 2019, many unions in France launched a strike against the pension reform and against the government. They all expressed their dissatisfaction with President Macron’s universal point system. On the day of the strike, 90% high-speed trains were canceled. Eleven of the 14 routes in the Paris region closed. The Macron government plans to announce the details of the pension reform in the middle of this week, negotiate with unions and educate the public on the reform.
中国官方发新疆反恐影片
2019年12月6日，中国国际电视台（CGTN）播出一部名为《中国新疆，反恐前沿》的时长近一个小时的英文纪录片，介绍新疆反恐情况。新华社近日也发布了一系列照片，展示2008年至2014年新疆暴恐事件。官方宣传强调，中国政府坚持把预防性反恐放在第一位，这其中就包括设立职业技能教育培训中心。目前，新疆已连续3年未发生暴力恐怖案（事）件。
La Chine lance officiellement un film anti-terroriste au Xinjiang
Le 6 décembre 2019, China International Television (CGTN) a diffusé un documentaire en anglais intitulé « Xinjiang, Chine, la frontière de l’antiterrorisme », qui a duré près d’une heure et a présenté la situation antiterroriste du Xinjiang. L’agence de presse Xinhua a également récemment publié une série de photos montrant les violents incidents terroristes au Xinjiang de 2008 à 2014. La propagande officielle souligne que le gouvernement chinois insiste sur la première priorité de la lutte antiterroriste préventive, notamment la création de centres d’enseignement et de formation professionnels. À l’heure actuelle, le Xinjiang n’a connu aucun cas (événement) terroriste violent pendant les trois années consécutives.
China officially launches an anti-terror film in Xinjiang
On December 6th, 2019, China Global Television Network (CGTN) broadcast a documentary in English titled « Xinjiang, China, the Border of Anti-Terrorism ». The documentary lasted nearly an hour and presented Xinjiang’s counter-terrorism situation. The Xinhua News Agency also recently released a series of photos showing Xinjiang’s violent terrorist incidents from 2008 to 2014. The official propaganda stresses that the Chinese government prioritizes preventive anti-terrorist fight, including the creation of education centers. For the past three consecutive years, Xinjiang has not experienced any violent terrorist attack.
李洪元案引起社会关注
2019年12月1日，根据李洪元的自述，从2005年起他在华为技术有限公司及其旗下子公司工作了12年。2018年初第7次合同到期后，华为决定不再与其续约，双方商谈后确定，公司对其以“2N”的标准进行离职补偿，补偿总金额30万余元。但拿到这笔补偿金的9个月后，某天早上7点还在睡梦中的李洪元被广东省深圳市公安机关刑拘、逮捕，最终在251后被深圳市龙岗区检察院决定不起诉而重获人身自由。此案引起国内社会的广泛关注。
L’evenement de Li Hongyuan suscite des inquiétudes sociales
Le 1er décembre 2019, selon l’auto-évaluation de Li Hongyuan, il a travaillé pour Huawei Technologie et ses filiales pendant 12 ans depuis 2005. Après l’expiration du 7e contrat début 2018, Huawei a décidé de ne pas renouveler le contrat avec eux. Après discussion, les deux parties ont déterminé que la société fournira une indemnité de licenciement sur la base de la norme « 2N », avec une compensation totale de plus de 300 000 yuans. Cependant, 9 mois après avoir reçu cette indemnité, Li Hongyuan, qui dormait encore à 7 heures du matin, a été condamné et arrêté par les organes de sécurité publique de Shenzhen de la province du Guangdong. Après 251 jours, il a été reconsidéré par le parquet de Shenzhen Longgang sans poursuites et libéré. Cette affaire a suscité une inquiétude généralisée dans la société nationale.
Li Hongyuan’s case caused widespread outrage
On December 1st, 2019, according to Li Hongyuan’s self-assessment, he worked for Huawei Technology and its subsidiaries for 12 years beginning from 2005. After the expiration of his 7th contract in early 2018, Huawei decided not to renew his contract. After discussion, both parties decided that Huawei would provide severance payments on the basis of the « 2N » standard, with a total compensation of more than 300,000 yuan. However, 9 months after receiving the compensation, Li Hongyuan, who was still sleeping at 7 am, was arrested and sentenced by Shenzhen’s public security services in Guangdong Province. After 251 days, it was reconsidered by the Shenzhen Longgang Procuratorate and he was freed without any prosecution. The case has caused widespread outrage in China, with Mr Li receiving an outpouring of support from users on social network Weibo.
